HSP Flooring is a locally owned, Seattle-based flooring installer. We handle assessment, product selection, and installation for hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, and carpet — subfloor prep, supply, and finish work all under one team.
What makes us different is the structure: one written proposal that covers the whole scope, honest subfloor assessment so there are no surprise change orders mid-install, and a dedicated project manager on every job with direct involvement from the owner.
Bonded and fully insured. We pull permits when required, work to current Washington code, and provide a WA L&I license verification and certificate of insurance on request.

Subfloor assessment first.
The subfloor determines what flooring you can install and what prep work is needed. We assess on-site before any proposal — so the written scope reflects what we actually found, not what we hope is under there.
Written proposals only.
No napkin math, no surprise charges. Product spec, subfloor findings, timeline, and payment schedule — in writing, before we start. Change orders are written and approved before any additional work proceeds.
Updates from a real person.
Your dedicated project manager gives you on-site updates throughout the installation. No call-center triage between you and the work.
